Description

White Water Kayaking team building activity

Experience grade 2 white-water from the seat of a two-man inflatable kayak.

Tackle Bobs rock and challenges yourself as you paddle down the raging rapids whilst negotiating the twists and turns!

This white-water kayaking adventure is so much fun you will be smiling all day long.

With the added convenience of being so close to Melbourne, it is the perfect day trip for some thrills and spills.

What happens during the White Water Kayaking team building activity?

First, we will have a safety briefing and teach you how to paddle and steer and what to do if things don’t go quite as planned. From there we will get on the water. The first 700 meters is flat water after which we hit the first rapid and it is supercharged thrills and spills until we hit the takeout point 5km downstream.

You will be partnered up with a buddy in the kayak. As a team of two, you will have to learn to steer the kayak, negotiate rocks and obstacle and make your way down the rapids.

Be prepared for more than a little splashing though as you paddle through the boiling rapids. Break waves carving their way through gorges and valleys full of native bushland.

The kayaks we use are:

  • Very Stable
  • Suitable for Beginners to navigate their way down the rapids
