Can one person’s actions really make a difference on profits and cash flow?

Everything you need to know about the Mediocrity to Excellence team building activity

This is a highly engaging indoor activity for people in all parts of an organisation. Well suited for managers with P&L responsibility or customer facing parts of an organisation

In this great Team Building Activity, your team will take a company from mediocrity to excellence through three years of simulation in an experiential based financial game. You will improve your understanding of finance and the importance of your roles and contributions to an organisation. You will also discover several opportunities for cost savings and improving cash flow and performance.

The simulation can emulate Manufacturing, Manufacturing Sales, Service or Retail value chains.

Your team will calculate key performance indicators and monitor key resources to make and improve results over three years of simulation.

You then take away decisions on improving and impacting your own functions in your organisation.

The key is to link the activities in the game to the everyday decisions that are being made in your company to achieve the “A’ha” experience.

A great way to build team spirit around business performance.
